That looks great! I am planning a birthday party for my daughter and I think a chocolate fountain would be a great thing to keep the kids entertained. I'm worried it might get a little messy, but nothing an old table cloth couldn't handle.
Being directly under A/C ducts is awful, as the cold air will actually cool the chocolate and it will start to harden and will flow terribly.
